At Bown of London, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury bathrobe or loungewear. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the garment is folded neatly to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
